Option 1: Cook the Chicken in an Air Fryer

Place the chicken in a bowl and coat with BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Add the finely chopped red onion and red pepper to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the finely chopped red onion and red pepper.
Option 2: Cook the Chicken in a Pan
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray with low-calorie cooking spray.
Add the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and evenly coated.
Add the finely chopped red onion and red pepper to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
