100gSmooth Peanut Butter
100gGranulated Sugar
100gChocolate Chips
2scoopsVanilla Whey Protein Powder

1tspVanilla Extract

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
Gradually stir in the vanilla whey protein powder, baking soda, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, divide the dough into 12 evenly sized portions. Roll each portion into a ball and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centres are just set.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving and enjoy!
