FOR OVEN ONLY: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Assemble your pizza: Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato puree onto each mini wrap, covering the surface evenly. This will be your flavourful base.
Top with chicken: Evenly distribute 60g of cooked chicken onto each wrap. This adds a delicious dose of protein to your pizza.
Add the cheese: Sprinkle the cheese evenly onto each pizza. As it melts, it’ll create that gooey, satisfying texture we all love.
Cook the pizzas in the Air Fryer: Place your pizzas in the air fryer basket and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
Cook the pizzas in the Oven: Place your pizzas on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden brown.
Serve and enjoy: Once the pizzas are cooked, remove them from the air fryer or oven and let them cool for a minute. Then, slice them up and dig in!
