This Ninja Creami Mini Eggs Protein Ice Cream is the ultimate high-protein Easter treat! Creamy, chocolatey, and packed with crunch from chopped mini eggs — it’s made in the Ninja Creami and contains over 33g of protein with only 378 calories.
In a Ninja Creami container, combine the vanilla protein powder, milk, white chocolate sugar-free pudding mix, and a pinch of salt.
Use a handheld milk frother to blend everything together smoothly. This ensures the protein powder and other ingredients are fully mixed without any clumps. Add sweetener if desired.
Place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours until fully frozen.
Spin in the Ninja Creami:
Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Lite Ice Cream setting and let it process.
Add the Mix-Ins:
Scoop a small hole in the centre of the processed ice cream and insert the 6 mini eggs into the hole.
Add 2 tbsp of milk to the container to improve creaminess, then return it to the Ninja Creami and use the Mix-In setting
