Instructions
In a Ninja Creami container, combine the vanilla protein powder, milk, frozen strawberries, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, and a pinch of salt.
Use a handheld milk frother to blend everything together smoothly. This ensures the protein powder and other ingredients are fully mixed without any clumps.
Place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours until fully frozen.
Spin in the Ninja Creami:
Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Lite Ice Cream setting and let it process.
The ice cream may look powdery at first—this is normal.
Mix In the Digestive Biscuit
After the first spin scoop a small hole in the center of the ice cream.
add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and break the digestive biscuit into small pieces.
Stuff the pieces into the hole and select the Mix-In setting to blend the milk and biscuit into the ice cream, creating a delicious creamy texture and cheesecake crust effect.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Customizations:
Add Mix-Ins: If you want extra texture, crumble in digestive biscuits for a cheesecake crust effect, or add fresh strawberry chunks.
Swap the Protein Powder: If you prefer a different flavour, try using strawberry protein powder for an extra fruity kick.
Dairy-Free Option: Use a plant-based milk and protein powder for a dairy-free version that’s still packed with protein.
Leftover Tip:
If you don’t finish the ice cream, reseal the container and return it to the freezer. When you're ready to eat it again, simply select the Lite Ice Cream setting on your Ninja Creami.
