Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 30 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 100 g Brown Sugar Sweetener
  • 60 g Plain Flour (all purpose flour)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 60 g Chocolate Chips

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 120 g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 120 ml Semi Skimmed Milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 60 g Soft Baking Spread (melted)

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small baking tin with baking paper for easy removal.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, brown sugar sweetener, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients:
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, Greek yoghurt, milk, and soft spread baking butter until smooth.
  • Combine Wet & Dry:
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  • Fold in Chocolate Chips:
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips to distribute evenly throughout the batter.
  • Bake in the Oven:
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool & Serve:
  • Allow the brownies to cool in the tin before slicing into 9 squares.
